The Aesthetics of the Auspicious Audi

Audi has always been associated with good quality luxury cars and the company’s latest offering does not disappoint. Audi fans and car enthusiasts alike will like the new A4, whether its elegant appearance or its incredible high-powered engine.

Engines

The latest Audi A4 boasts an award-winning 2.0 TFSI engine that sets the bar higher among automobile engines. This powerful sedan gives 258 pound-feet of torque between 1,500 and 4,200 rpm together with its 211 horsepower at 4,300 rpm. In addition, it also features the Audi valvelift system and a thermal management system that heats the engines more quickly so energy wasted is down to a minimum. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in 6.5 seconds and has a top speed of 130 mph.

Interiors and Driving Assistance

The spacious interiors of the Audi A4 also does not disappoint. You can choose from a wide array of steering wheels, from leather sport steering wheel to chrome with glossy inlays. The interiors and the dashboard also feature a high-polished finish of Aluminum Trigon, walnut dark brown or fine grain ash with chrome trims. They also replaced the old Valcona leather with Fine Nappa for the car’s upholstery.

Drivers will also like the easy-to-use dashboard and MMI navigation. Audi did away with the previous and more confusing eight buttons and reduced the number to four. Both climate control and seat heating comes in analog and the sound system is controllable by fiddling with the toggles on the dash or on the steering wheel. The sound system has eight speakers, radio/CD player, colored monitor with 3D graphics and a hard disk with large storage capacity. Models

The new Audi A4 is available in three models: the Audi A4 2.0T Premium, the Audi A4 2.0T Premium Plus and the Audi 2.0T Prestige. The Premium features a five-link front suspension, rain-sensing windshield wipers, automatic headlights, leather seating surfaces and a ventilated glove box.

The features of the Premium Plus include xenon plus headlights fitted with LED daytime running lights, auto-dimming heated exterior side mirrors, three-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats and Audi music interface with iPod integration. The unique features of the Prestige include Audi adaptive lights, a powerful Audi navigation system, Audi advanced key, a Sound System by Bang & Olufsen and Audi side assist.
